— Breathwork — A variety of breathing techniques to stimulate and regulate the vagus nerve — the body's own built in reset switch
— Sound & Humming — Deliberately chosen soundscapes and vocal humming to soothe the nervous system from within
— Somatic Movement — Gentle body based exercises that help release stored stress and tension held in the tissue
— Restorative Yoga — Deeply supported, propped and held poses using weighted sandbags to ground the body and signal safety to the nervous system
